Classes and Programs

Options for all ages and skills

Each class is specially designed to provide activities that facilitate the developmental process using known approaches. Play, movement and fun are key elements. Programs are run by qualified and experienced instructors.

Standard Classes

Babies are encouraged to explore movement, shapes and sounds through puppets, songs, and other playtime activities such as transitional exercises geared toward teaching baby how to sit; transitions from sitting, pull to stand and crawl.

Babies have individual discovery and exploration time in our safe and soft gym with Mom or Dad. Babies are introduced to beginning movement capabilities at their own pace, such as crawling, climbing, walking, hanging on bars, and rolling as well as beginning socialization with other little ones. Storytelling and puppets are also part of this program.

Basic gymnastics is introduced with parent alongside. Exercises focus, strength and balance and very gentle stretching. Fun interactive circuits allow for no wait time.

Focuses on developing strength, flexibility, and agility. Basic gymnastics skills are introduced with the safest spotting techniques.

For the stronger, more advanced child; Our instructors provide a positive, supportive and noncompetitive atmosphere. Students begin to develop their focus, stamina and self control as well as beginner training on Olympic events.

A beginner class for children just starting out. Introduction to Olympic gymnastics equipment and zones; whereupon cartwheels, somersaults, stretching and balance exercises are taught. We make this one hour class fun and exciting while maintaining structure and continuity with words of support and encouragement. We are mindful of peer-pressure and fears that may arise from trying something new and/or being in a new environment.

Working on Olympic gymnastics equipment and zones; whereupon cartwheels, somersaults, stretching and balance exercises are taught. One hour class of gymnastics followed by one hour of conditioning. This class is fun and exciting while maintaining structure and continuity with words of support and encouragement. Boys are grouped by age and level. We are mindful of peer-pressure and fears that may arise from trying something new and/or being in a new environment.

For those students who have had previous experience. Introduction to handstands, front and back handsprings, front and back flips, and more challenging exercises and routine on the vault, uneven bars, and balance beam.

Students receive top quality instruction , coaching and spotting for high level exercises on all Olympic training equipment.

Great for cheerleaders, this cross-training class is geared towards improving technique, form and stamina.

Special Classes

Thursdays at 10:15am. $10/per class. Chair yoga can help aid in recovery from health issues and limited mobility. Kimberly Maslanka, owner and founder of Mother Willow Yoga & Wellness, LLC, is a very compassionate teacher that offers this gentle, relaxing and beneficial class to aging adults.

An improvisational movement class with an emphasis on music and breath while moving in sync to different rhythms. Exercises are taught on a watch and imitate basis however children are encouraged to dance freely, adding their own movements; open interpretation.

An improvisational ballet and movement class with an emphasis on princesses, while moving in sync to princess-like songs. Your princess is sure to love dressing up and twirling about.

Isolation, pop and lock exercises, turns and floor-work make this class a fun and up-beat activity. Students learn a new dance at the end of each class.

Focus is on strengthening core, children are supervised in the training area, assisted by a coach; plyometrics and total body conditioning are taught, as well as spotted isometric exercises.

2 hours of physical and educational stimulation for ages 3-5.

Time to get your sweat on. Imagine yourself on an Olympic-sized spring floor while attempting the newest workout moves, including body weight fitness and core strength exercises. Climbing and swinging like a monkey has never been so much fun! Come and join us as no two workouts are ever the same!
